I can't login as a wedding vendor. What should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password, request a new one by entering your registered email address in Bridestory’s “Forgot Password” form. Our system will send a link to your email Inbox >> click the link >> enter your new password >> don't forget to click "change password" button.

If our system cannot find your email, you might be entering the wrong email address.
