All Vendors Blog Are You a Vendor

I have uploaded my project, but when I clicked "Save Changes" button, there's no response from your page.

Please follow the following steps:

  1. If you're logged in Bridestory, kindly logout your account.
  2. Clear your browser cache by simultaneously pressing ctrl + shift + R.
  3. If you're using one browser, ensure that only one tab is opened. E.g. You're on Firefox with open 4 tabs, you should close 3 tabs and leave one to upload your project.
  4. Log in using your registered email address and password; do not login through Facebook.
  5. From profile drop down menu, go to the “Upload New Project” tab, and upload a new projects.
  6. Make sure all required fields are filled
  7. Once finalized, hit “Save Changes” and await the duration of the uploading process. Bridestory recommends you press “Save Changes” one time to prevent discrepancies if the form is sent more than once.
  8. Ensure you have a stable internet connection as the upload time depends on your internet speed and stability.
