My Profile is stated as unpublished. What does it mean?

Although you have joined Bridestory, your profile will not be published immediately. Our customer support team will review all new vendor profiles before publishing them.

If you fail to find your profile on Bridestory, ensure that you complete your profile page and upload pictures/videos of your work.

This is VERY IMPORTANT! Many first-timers forget to upload pictures or videos, meaning that we cannot approve their profile. Once you complete your profile and upload your projects, you will have to verify your registered phone/mobile number. Once all the steps are completed, we will publish your profile page.
