How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your active subscription plan anytime through the ""Buy Packages"" menu. To access the menu, log into your account on the Bridestory website or Bridestory Pro app. You will be charged only for the difference between fees of your current and new plans. If you upgrade partway through a month, the cost is automatically prorated.

If you wish to downgrade or change your subscription plan, please contact your personal Business Manager or send an email to sales@bridestory.com.
